Hiding and Revealing


People should allow themselves to feel insecure, to hide the parts they wish to hide, and not feel the need to be perfect in every situation. Hu’s project focuses on the different psychological responses people have to hiding or revealing their “imperfect” body parts in various contexts. By designing clothing with the ability to stretch and transform, aims to make it easier for people to adapt to their psychological needs in different situations, thus providing more freedom of choice.
